Automotive Service and Repair Consumer Segmentation Study



CASE STUDY ON CHALLENGE: Conduct a deep dive into the consumer personas at a regional chain to identify customer themes trending up and themes trending down. Identify brand comprehensions to inform actionable insights -- data to help our client decide which direction to move in.




METHODOLOGY: We used our AI social media analytics suite to gather and analyze volume and conversational trends across platforms including Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and online news. We tracked the cultural and influencer forces shaping product, brand, business, trends, and movements. We also created customer segments to help our client understand the % of customers focused on quality versus price versus reputation versus competitive influences.



RESULT: The client used the lessons from our analysis to help expand their consumer base, grow sales revenues and increase brand loyalty. They also used the results to evaluate existing competitors to provide them a pulse on how to better position themselves with the various consumer segments.
